     I do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes and I never will.

Your data is stored securely through trusted platforms (like Jotform, Airtable, Google Drive, etc.) and is only accessible to me. I take reasonable steps to keep it safe — but no system is 100% hack-proof.

🧾 Third-Party Tools

I use a few tools to run my business efficiently — like Jotform for forms, Airtable for client tracking, and Stripe or PayPal for payments. These platforms have their own privacy policies that apply when you interact with them.

Terms & Conditions for Mrs. Adventure Travels™

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Mrs. Adventure Travels™ operated by Vanessa Rae Arnold, including travel advising, content creation, event representation, and merchandise ("Truthwear™") By hiring or collaborating with me, you agree to the following:

🧳 1. Travel Services

  • Mrs. Adventure Travels™ acts as a travel advisor, not a direct provider of flights, accommodations, or activities.

  • All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).

  • Prices and availability are not guaranteed until confirmed with payment.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure all travelers meet passport, visa, and health requirements.

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips. Declining insurance is done at your own risk.

🎥 2. Content & UGC Collaborations

  • All content creation services (video, photo, voiceover, writing) include usage rights as outlined in your agreement or invoice. Additional usage (e.g., paid ads, print) may require a licensing fee.

  • Turnaround timelines are estimated and may shift depending on deliverable complexity or communication delays.

  • Client-provided briefs must be finalized before content creation begins.

  • No raw or unedited content will be provided unless previously agreed upon in writing

🎤 3. Event Representation & Brand Work

  • Services include but are not limited to: brand ambassadorship, hosting, speaking, and product representation.

  • The scope of work, rate, and expectations must be agreed upon before the event.

  • Last-minute changes or cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of deposit.

  • I reserve the right to decline or exit events that pose safety concerns, misalignment with my brand, or unethical practices.

👕 4. Truthwear Submissions & Collaborations

  • By submitting a Truthwear™ design or idea, you affirm that the content is original or properly licensed.

  • You grant Mrs. Adventure Travels™ the right to use submitted designs or ideas for review, development, or public sharing unless otherwise agreed.

  • Design credit or compensation may be discussed case-by-case and does not imply ownership or partnership unless stated in writing.

💳 5. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your quote or invoice. Most services require a deposit to begin.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Missed consultations, late cancellations, or non-responsiveness may incur fees or service termination.

  • Digital services are not eligible for refunds once delivered.

🔐 6. Privacy & Communication

  • All personal information is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy.

  • Your contact details will never be sold or shared.

  • Communication will be conducted via email, form submission, or agreed-upon channels (e.g. Zoom, Phone, etc.)

⚖️ 7. Limitation of Liability

  • Mrs. Adventure is not liable for damages, delays, or losses caused by third-party vendors, force majeure events, or client error.

  • For all services, my total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project or booking.

📝 8. Acceptance of Terms

By working with Mrs. Adventure Travels™, submitting a form, or submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
